HAVE YOU COMPLETED ALL THE INSTALLATION FOR THE POSTMIX KIT WITH YOUR CUSTOMER? THAT S PERFECT AND WILL HELP OUR TEAM TO DELIVER A QUALITY SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMER .
We ll attend site to complete a technical survey in which the following points will be reviewed: a) approved equipment and customers needs - b) any technical restraints and access issues (recommend carbon- dioxide monitor installation for safety reasons) - c) check utilities needs (electricity, water, python route) - d) highlight any work that might be required prior to installation - e) explain the installation process.
The equipment will be ordered in line with required date. If there are technical issues with installing the approved CCEP post-mix equipment, you will need to discuss and agree next steps with your Sales Manager.
The CDO will contact the customer via phone to check for site readiness. When ok to proceed, they will plan in the delivery date and confirm the installation date with the customer.
