Stage Three Your Role

Your role in Stage 3 is to have a development conversation with your direct report to support them in transferring the skills they have learned in the course to the work place.

This should happen within two weeks of the face to face workshop.

Having quality conversations is important to embed learning. The coaching video shows how this can be done effectively in ten minutes.

n What key points did you learn from the course? n What specific opportunities have you identified to put your learning into action? What Stage 3 activities need to be undertaken? n How and when will you implement what you have learned? n What additional support do you need from me and from the rest of the team?
