PRE-OPENING ROUTINE
Following some quick and easy steps every day before opening will ensure your customers will receive a quality drink every time.
1 POSTMIX SYSTEM Clean your postmix system (see instructions p.6).
2 SYRUP Check your syrup BIBs to ensure they are not empty and are within best before dates. (see instructions p.10 to change BIB).
3 C02 Check your CO2 supply gauge. If at the bottom of the red segment, change the gas bottle as described on page 12.
4 TEMPERATURE Dispense a drink and check the temperature with a thermometer. It should be 5 °C or less.
5 TASTE Taste the drink. Make sure the carbonation is good (the drink is fizzy) and the dilution is correct (it doesn t taste weak or strong).
DAILY CHECK
