, they will become Circle K affiliates, part of Alimentation Couche-Tard

as planned. Carve out sessions are going well up to now, thanks to good preparation,

lessons learned and shared between affiliates, efficient migration strategy,

experienced key users, excellent support, and outstanding engagement of all teams.

A tremendous work is being achieved for a successful carve out. We would like to

take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the hard work and dedication to all

the people who have contributed to the Overnight project. With the sale of the retail

activity of our company to Alimentation Couche-Tard, some of you will be leaving us.

We will always remember the engagement and dedication you have shown, and we

will remain connected through the TotalEnergies brand, the values we share and the
