As I have a permanent contract, I am concerned by the YDR. Employees with fixed-term contracts of more than 12 months are also concerned. I am well prepared for my YDR in order to have the most constructive discussion with Ana. I am in charge of collecting my dotted line manager s feedback. I also consult my previous YDR in Sh@re2 if necessary.
I work closely with Maria and I am in charge of defining her missions and goals, providing her support when needed, assessing her performance and participating in her professional development. During the YDR campaign, I am responsible of organizing a face-to-face meeting with her to discuss performance and development topics.
I work with Maria on an exciting project for at least 20% of her time. During the YDR campaign, I have the responsibility to share my feedback to Ana in order for her to perform the most objective assessment for Maria. It s important to align with Ana on Maria s performance.
I m in charge of providing all necessary information to Maria, Ana and Daniel before and during the YDR campaign in order for them to conduct this exercise smoothly. I am also responsible of all administrative aspects. All along the year, I can consult Maria s YDR and her profile in order to support her development.
