The YDR enables to assess the individual performance of each employee.
This requires to look back to assess each goal, using results and concrete examples to support the feedback. Achievement of each goal is assessed by using the rating scale.

The Servier Leadership Model helps to convert our Values into day-to-day behaviors and play as a team. SLM is a framework of 8 Leadership Principles translated into 24 Leadership Behaviors that all people share collectively. It is a way to foster the strengths of all people, to create an environment where everyone feels encouraged and can express their leadership and reveal their talents.
