HYBRID LEARNING CULTURE

Culture can be challenging to shift. Creating the conditions for a shift in culture requires a coherent, multifaceted and sustained approach.

By considering hybrid working and hybrid learning to be two sides of the same coin, the mindset, behavioral, process, technological shifts can support both and be mutually reinforcing. Hybrid learning technology can also benefit hybrid working and vice versa.

Having a simple, clear, and realistic vision for the shift you are making is a great place to start. Our 2021 survey found nine key factors drive an agile learning culture.
