Ensure you get enough sleep. Having a proper night s sleep allows you to reenergize in order to take on the expected and unexpected stressors the next day will bring.

Promote health and energy. In addition to modeling resilient attitudes and behavior yourself, there are many ways that you as a manager can promote team health and energy. When you have team functions, provide food options that encourage healthy eating habits. Be intentional about encouraging people to take care of themselves while they pursue business goals.
