Team Self-Assessment

Self-reflection is one of the most important practices for any team leader. This self-assessment can help you to reflect on how you are leading for psychological safety now and what you might want to focus on in the future with your team. If you have leaders reporting to you, you could also encourage them to complete it too.

Once you have completed your team leader self-assessment, you could then complete your Psychological Safety Team Leader Action Plan, identifying the practical actions you will take under each of the four steps.
